Little Zak’s Jordan Springs
Our Biggest Little Idea
At Little Zak’s Jordan Springs we love to particpate in different cultural celebrations.
On Wednesday, 23rd March, the whole centre celebrated Holi, also known as the Festival of Colours, in India.
During the day we explored many ways to celebrate Holi with different coloured mediums such as paint, pencils, crayons, chalk and coloured Holi powder called Gulul Powder. The children & educators had so much fun being messy and exploring with the colours, music and learning about the Indian culture. The older children were as able to make the link between our yoga lessons, the music and language of ’Namaste’ as we explored the Indian culture together.
