    Little Zak’s childcare centre in Thornton is equipped with a dedicated team of educators who provide early education to teach children social skills and engage them in fun and educational activities. We only employ qualified, highly experienced and trustworthy professionals to care for your child(ren).

    Our renowned childcare program focuses on improving children’s social skills, confidence and thinking ability before they start primary school. We believe in providing physical, mental, and emotional growth for our kids and design childcare programs according to their unique needs.

    Start Strong for Long Day Care 2024

    Start Strong Preschool 2024

    Little Zak’s Thornton 2 preschool program is a recipient of funding under the NSW Department of Education’s ‘Start Strong for Long Day Care 2024’ Program.

    • Fee relief of up to $2110 per child for children aged 4 and above, and up to $500 per year in fee relief for children aged 3.
      • To be eligible for 4YO+ Program Payment and 4YO+ Fee Relief Payment funding under Start Strong, a child will need to be the age of 4 years old on, or before, 31 July 2024 (the child’s birthdate must be on, or before, 31 July 2020)
      • To be eligible for 3YO Program Trial Payment and 3YO Fee Relief Trial Payment funding under Start Strong, a child will need to be the age of 3 years old and not yet 4 years old on, or before 31 July in 2024 (the child’s birthdate must be on, or between, 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2021)
    • Families are required to fill the ‘Families Declaration Form’ to receive the relief. (Available at the service)
    • Relief is calculated weekly based on the number of weeks the service is open.
    • Families that do not receive CCS are eligible for the program.
